Kim Kearney earned a degree in Engineering from Texas A & M University.  She spent four years as an Officer in the Army Corps of Engineers.  She has 15 years of experience in the architectural industry.

Tom Higginbotham brings over 30 years' experence working in photography, graphic design, information technology, and computer drafting.


Tom has a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Auburn University.

Diane Drutowski, with over 30 years of experience in the profession, is known for the notable combination of being thorough as well as being creative. This strength yields well-detailed and effective design products.

Diane has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.

Mark Stephenson has a rare gift for humanizing structures and making sure people are comfortable in them.  This forte extends throughout the diverse commissions that he has designed in his 25 years practicing architecture in the Tampa Bay area.


Recent designs include the 54,000 sq. ft. Jim & Heather Gills YMCA and Heron House of Largo, a 128-bed 2-story assisted living facility. Other recent designs through Boley Centers Inc. include Clam Bayou with 18 units, Twin Brooks, a 42-unit facility and Arlington, a 16-unit facility. In addition, Mr. Stephenson was commissioned to design Pinellas Hope Housing for the Homeless  through Catholic Charities; this facility includes 80 units and a full service community center.  He is currently working on a 13,000 sq. ft. child development center in Dover for RCMA.

Mark Stephenson received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Florida.  He is a licensed architect in the state of Florida, and is NCARB certified.
